Do you ever send a “Tune-In” Notice?

I just got this in my email from a PR firm obviously working for songwriter Diane Warren.

It made me wonder: With all the stuff happening on your stations every day – especially every morning – do you ever, EVER, send listeners a notice to tune in something specific?

I’m not talking about the generic station email with a million things to read – which amounts to a million things to ignore. I’m talking about a focused, directed, clutter-free invitation to tune-in for something highly desirable and very specific. Including the who, what, when, where, how, and why?

Well, do you?

Here’s the note I got today:
