Why do I share this with you? What does it have to do with radio?
Everything.
I know from personal experience that we in radio are much more apt to ask “who has done it before?” rather than “what can make us extraordinary?”
But it’s the extraordinary that stands out, gets attention, and drives passion.
And very little of the hum-drum you find everywhere fits that definition.
So challenge yourself and your team to go beyond what listeners expect – whether or not your peers all over the country are doing it.
