Bizarre Billboard Strategy of the Week

So let me understand this strategy.

It’s “music radio that’s mostly music.”

Meaning we’re apologizing for the fact that it’s not really music radio, since it’s only “mostly” music?

So what is the average listener (let alone the average broadcaster) to conclude?

Why not just erect a board which says “music radio that’s partially commercials and chit-chat punctuated by the occasional sales remote”?

Come one, come all.
