FYI…Any Aussies interested in purchasing “Fresh Air”, it can be purchased on line down under via Angus & Robertson for $40.45 (Aus $ ) all inclusive. This is the cheapest price I found as the shipping costs can be quite expensive to around $US 60.00 + book price.
I certainly wouldn’t pay $60 for the book, and I wrote it!
