It’s much more local than local radio…

…I’m talking about Google:

Google aims to be able to track its users to within 100-200 feet of their location through new wireless networks in order to serve them with relevant advertising from local businesses.

When local advertisers can use Google to reach folks in the neighborhood but radio can only target the metro, then which is the more local advertising medium, radio or the Internet?
