What the Clear Channel sale means for Radio

As the largest player in the radio game, this move has the potential to reshape the radio industry for years to come.

Bill Figenshu is COO of Softwave Media, a leading electronic
marketplace for buying, selling and managing radio and television advertising time. Fig is also a former regional president for Citadel and one-time president of Viacom’s radio division.

I talked with Fig about the consequences of this move for radio and, as you’ll hear, good things are likley to be ahead – for employees, station buyers, and listeners alike.
