A few weeks ago I discovered a new coffeehouse near my home, and it’s terrific.
It’s called Java Kai.
And besides the facts that they have Kona by the cup, their desserts are to die for, and the quality and variety of their drink concoctions leaves Starbucks in the dust, they have something no other coffeehouse does.

If you want proof that sometimes the small things make the difference, there it is. Because I don’t think I would have mentioned Java Kai, even with all its merits, if not for that bowl of doggie biscuits at the door.
And now I’m spreading word of mouth. Which should give you an idea of what it takes to generate solid word of mouth.
